TIE session on 10 April 2023

The values that we, at Element78, espouse are Commitment, Co-Creation and Continuous Evolution. Our team of facilitators are aligned with these core values and these are re-affirmed through our regular interactions with our trainers. TIE (Trainers Interaction at Element78) is one such initiative through which all our facilitators commit themselves to continuous evolution through knowledge sharing and co-creation.

After conducting the TIE sessions in the virtual mode over the last couple of years, we re-initiated the in-person TIE session on 10th April at our office in Pune. This particular session was conducted by our experienced facilitator Mr. Vivek Parchure   Parchure , who has been in the professional space of experiential training and human process work over the past 3 decades. The commitment to these sessions is seen in the fact that Vivek agreed to fill-in last minute for another facilitator who took ill. Such moments showcase the commitment that our facilitators have towards the profession.

Vivek explored, with the cohort, aspects of Human Process Work through an engaging and introspective way as well as through storytelling. The trainer-participants were excited to be able to plot facets of their life journey, while getting insights from others on their visual depiction.
