Sales Management Workshop @ Eirich

Likewise, when it comes to managing a sales team, it is about doing the sales management activities with diligence and consistency. In early March, we had the opportunity to engage with an intimate cohort at Eirich India in a workshop on Sales Management. Eirich has been partnering with Element78 Talent Consulting LLP in areas of Value Selling, customer focus and now sales management, through the last 9 months. It is said that we are what we repeatedly do and hence as sales managers engaging with the sales team in regular 1-on-1 reviews, conducting effective sales meetings and ensuring sales coaching during joint customer visits will yield the desired results. It was a joy to see all the participants absorb the concepts and implement them through customized role plays. Team Element78 will continue to work closely with this cohort to coach them for these new behaviors.
