Empowering Future Leaders through Experiential Learning at VijayBhoomi Institute

Element78, in collaboration with eVyaas, conducted an impactful Experiential Learning Program at VijayBhoomi Institute, creating a dynamic learning lab for over 200+ students.

Day 1 – Students embarked on an energizing trek, setting the tone for exploration and teamwork.
Day 2 – Through engaging activities and reflections, they discovered their behaviors, strengths, and self-awareness.
Day 3 – During their assessment, they carried forward reflections and applied their learnings meaningfully.

This initiative marked Element78’s first step into the education space and brought immense satisfaction in working with future leaders full of energy and potential. Through the collective effort of Element78, VijayBhoomi Institute, and eVyaas, the values of Element78- Co-Creation and Commitment came alive, creating a holistic and transformative learning experience. Guided by our belief in Continuous Evolution, we learned and adapted with each moment - proving that true growth happens when experience meets curiosity, and knowledge transforms into action.
