Dial-लोग has become one of our most loved programs and yet, no two editions have ever felt the same. Each group brings its own stories, challenges, and energy, making every experience refreshingly unique. Our recent open edition in Mumbai was a perfect reflection of that.

What truly differentiates Dial-लोग is its thoughtful design process — especially the emphasis on pre-work and contextualization. Before the session, participants reflect on the difficult conversations they face in their real work environments. These reflections form the backbone of the program design, guiding everything from case discussions and simulations to the way each dialogue unfolds in the room.
