Leadership Team Building @Calsoft

On 16th and 17th January, 2023, we had the privilege of working with the Calsoft India leadership team. The two-day event was geared towards enhancing leadership team effectiveness, in order to be prepared for the next big leap. Since participants were meeting in-person after couple of years, the program was designed to enable personal sharing and discussions about the future vision. Assessments and Activities were specially created for the program, and data from one-one's was presented. The team successfully co-created a diagnosis and derived a set of change management programs that would take the organisation to the next level. Accountability was established for each initiative. We're excited to reconnect with the team for the follow-up sessions, in order to stay anchored on the change. We wish Calsoft all the best for their journey!
