ITW-Project Management

Element78 recently completed a Project Management workshop with the incredible team at ITW India Pvt. Ltd.

Our facilitator Prachi Mamadapur invested 2 days with this team and took a deep dive into strategies for effective project planning, execution, and team collaboration. From defining project scopes to managing timelines and resources, many aspects of project management were covered. The participants grasped the project management techniques through various activities and have planned to implement them in their work.

With these newfound insights and techniques, we are confident that the participants are all equipped to tackle projects head-on and drive even greater success for ITW.
