Interventions that are spaced out in time and deploy methods to sustain and implement the learning at the workplace, tend to yield better results. A couple of months ago, Element78 had undertaken a deep dive diagnosis to study the organizational imperatives. One of the outcomes thereof, was to design a comprehensive NEXT ORBIT program for the 2nd level team members of iauro. This program was planned to have an eclectic blend of methods for full-group, small-group and individual learning opportunities. The maiden workshop titled SWABHAV was conducted last month with a sharp focus on elements of professional and self-development. The entire cohort of participants actively participated in the workshop, and were eager to embark on the learning journey, while discovering their own goals, clarifying their personal values and balancing their priorities. A highlight of this workshop was a short trek on a Sunday morning, where they discussed their values with their buddies. Element78 team had done a recce for the trek track and planned the route to ensure that all found it achievable and meaningful. While the group was quite reticent at the start of the workshop, one indicator of the engagement was the enthusiasm with which the participants shared their learnings and their resolve to work on the improvement areas by the end of this workshop. This truly set the stage for the future workshops.  We look forward to maintaining the energy and continuing this exciting journey to the NEXT ORBIT with iauro.
