Element78 x Alleima India - L.E.A.P Launch

As the Tube division of Alleima India Pvt Ltd. expands its capacities and capabilities to meet the growing needs of both domestic and global markets, it is a privilege for Element78 to be chosen as the learning partner for a year-long development intervention for building its future leaders. This  Leadership Excellence @ Alleima Program (L.E.A.P.) initiative will be intense and enriching for both the participants and the facilitators.  Team Element78 is  excited to partner with Alleima on this learning journey and take a L.E.A.P into the future. This month witnessed the launch of the diagnosis phase, with the maiden workshop commencing in January 2023.
