Last week I facilitated the culmination of a wonderful leadership learning journey that started in August 2022! Six half day virtual sessions on themes like clarifying values - building an intentional future, empowering while delegating, communicating as a leader, constructive conflicts, performance review conversations and knowing your team members. The finale - this in person outbound full day session near Chennai saw amazing energy and transformational bonding between these leaders.
This journey was such an enriching experience for me, I have learnt some thing from every single amazing person on this team!
