When one engages in a year-long intervention for leadership development with a cohort, a big challenge is to keep the group anchored and engaged through this entire period. The journey for the LEAP initiative has a good mix of large group, small group and individual formats of learning and learning application, as we near the mid-journey point, our team of facilitators @Manik Damle and @Rahul Chaudhari have deployed relevant movie / book reviews for reflection. The LEAP team was recently requested to watch a movie that provided great insights into influencing, biases, getting into and handling productive conflicts, managing emotions and decision making. This was followed up with a discussion on their insights from the movie and its connection with work-place. Unlearning, Learning and then Fun-Learning :).
