Building Performance Culture @IITK DF

It was a privilege for Element78 to be associated with Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur Development Foundation (IITK DF) earlier this month. IITK DF, established a couple of year ago, is a not-for-profit organization established by IIT Kanpur to engage with alumni and other stakeholders. The team at IITK DF is full of effervescence and eager to perform. This is evidenced in the way the organization has achieved results in the last year. In the coming years, the team is gearing up for Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAG) and to ensure that this is sustained, the workshop was geared for instilling and initiating a Culture of Performance. The workshop being organized at an offsite at Goa necessitated it to be engaging and learning oriented at the same time. Our facilitator Rahul Chaudhari left no stone unturned to work initially before the workshop with the leadership and HR team at IITK DF to build the context and prepare the ground. The high-octane workshop was followed up with support on the specific actions for the team members.
