Building an Adaptable & Agile Mindset - ARAI 2025

We recently had the opportunity to facilitate another edition of the Adaptable & Agile Mindset program for senior leaders at ARAI.

While the participants brought deep technical expertise and years of experience in working with products and people, the program focused on strengthening their understanding of change management and adaptability, essential capabilities for navigating today’s pace of change. The intent was clear: to help leaders “fasten their seatbelts” and prepare for the realities of an increasingly dynamic environment.

Conducting the program for the second time reaffirmed a powerful insight for us:
“Channelizing the lived experiences of participants is the most effective way to enable meaningful learning.”

Ahead of the program, we invited participants to reflect on real change situations they were currently dealing with at work and how they had responded to them. These reflections allowed us to design conversations that felt grounded, honest, and highly relevant.

This cohort differed subtly from the previous one. Instead of engaging with a wide range of conceptual frameworks, we chose to go deeper into the situations that mattered most to them. The day unfolded through reflection exercises, immersive activities, case-based discussions, and collaborative problem-solving, bringing theory to life in a practical and actionable way.
