Beam as a Team @Eagleburgmann

Last week, our team was in Chennai, for the Beam as a Team program for the EagleBurgmann CoE India organization. The 80 people who joined this program included the larger India team, India leadership team, leadership team from EagleBurgmann Germany & USA as well as the Corporate IT leadership team from Freudenberg group. This provided a holistic view and #team#leadership#people#development#learning#energy#work perspectives to the entire program.

Eagle Burgmann Shared Services has been partnering with Element78 since the beginning of 2022 in terms of developing and engaging its team in India on Managerial Skills (for the Leads) and in team building for the larger group. 2023 is witnessing the organization in Chennai reopening its office for opportunities for its team to work from office. As part of this development, the entire team  assembled on Thu 6th April in Chennai for interactions with the leadership team as well as for a team building exercise. Element78 engaged the team in experiential learning based activities to drive the theme of adapting to change, inculcating the collaborative stance and committing towards excellence. It was a fun, high-energy time together, while reflecting on the learning.

The activities were conducted at multiple playstations across 6 groups, with each group earning points for each of the activities played. The India leadership team were part of the facilitator team along with team Element78. The India leadership team at EagleBurgmann is poised for “heavy lifting” in the years to come and towards this, a session was facilitated for assessing the alignment and effectiveness of this team.
