Alleime-LEAP -Graduation Ceremony- 4 jan 2024

It was a mixed feeling for Team Element78 last month, at the Graduation Ceremony of Alleima PUM’s LEAP initiative - a learning journey that was meant for systematically developing future leaders.  We were elated to hear the individual transformation journeys of each participant of the LEAP intervention, and along with it realized that this program also ensured greater engagement and participant cohesion. These outcomes will pave a robust path for the organization’s future. Having been interacting in close proximity for over 12 months, a sense of melancholy pervaded too, since the formal interactions will be sparse in the months to come.

Element78 had initiated a year-long intervention with Alleima in Jan 2023, to develop its second line of leadership. The intervention comprised a well woven bouquet of large group, small group and individual work, and ensuring focus on application of new learning / coaching reflections. An intervention of this nature and spread necessitates a close involvement of the managers of the participants. LEAP initiative had the willing support and involvement of the managers, who saw this interface to be of value addition to themselves too. We look forward to these participants evolving as professionals by LEAPs & bounds.
