Musical empowerment!

On the occasion of International Women's Day 2018, Element78 launched the new edition of its flagship program - DOR for women professionals. As a part of the launch of DOR, Element78 supported a very special musical concert - 'Durga' - held on March 3, 2018 at Yashwantro Natyagruha in Pune.

The concert explored the myriad forms of power in women through classical music, performed by renowned women classical vocalist and flute players. The program earned a great response from fellow women professionals and graced by the presence of several DOR Alumni.

DOR is a unique program for women professionals to take charge, discover, own and transform their lives. We now have a strong alumnus which is fast becoming an excellent support network of peers for women professionals. We are keen to work with women entrepreneurs, business professionals and leaders to help them find success and satisfaction as they grown in career and responsibilities.
