One of Element78’s core values is constant self-development. We believe in allowing ourselves to learn and constantly up-skill ourselves. Our belief in constant self-development of our team led us to host another Trainer Interaction @ Element78 (TIE) knowledge session and further our efforts to build on the sharing platform that has been created and curated over the last few months. The recently concluded session in June 2019 focused on exploring the role of leadership teams in PoSH implementation in organisations. It was a pleasure to have such experienced participants from academics, L&D and theatre background. The diversity of thoughts that emerged and the dimensions around how to sensitize leadership teams was valuable for all of us at Element78.
