Element78 has always believed that organizational change can be brought about by changing the stories in the minds of the people who make the organization. This belief in story-telling was what brought us to co-sponsor the “Lit-Bug Fest” an initiative being run for the last few years by Vaishali Kulkarni and Ishan Kshirsagar. While the Lit Bug Fest is oriented towards children, parents play a key role in ensuring that the kids get good food for thought, by bringing them to such gatherings. This gave us an opportunity to create a session, especially for parents. The session, called “The language of Our energies”, beautifully revealed the significance of managing our energy while excelling in various roles in our sphere of life. Through the story of ‘Suprima’ the supermom who tried to manage her energy, Rahul and Manik, senior facilitators from Element78, shared information about Element78’s flagship program DOR, which is especially designed for women professionals to take charge of their sphere of life. The open setting was perfect for minds to open up, and we loved being part of the Lit Bug experience.
