When the participant group is enthused to learn actively, it helps our facilitator to add greater value in terms of practice, role plays and exercises. This is exactly what we witnessed during our recent edition of the series under “Communication Clinic” workshops. A diagnosis with the stakeholders provided vital inputs both on content and methods, which we incorporated into the numerous learning capsules. To ensure a healthy and sustaining learning initiative, post-program actions supported by managers’ involvement has been a hallmark of the program.
