Bhushan Steel: “Communication Clinic” Program

A focused and bespoke “Communication Clinic” program was conducted for the procurement team at Bhushan Steel Ltd. (acquired earlier this year by Tata Steel Ltd.). This time-spaced program had a flavour of a change management, using communications with internal and external stakeholders as the tangible area of focus. While an array of high-engagement activities, role-plays and videos were used in the classroom session to make the conceptual learning easy to imbibe, a highlight of this program is the action learning which will be reviewed and coached over the next couple of months.
